Comments: Best TKL, amazing quality, amazing keycaps, took a while to fully mod and replace switches, but worth the time and effort
FC750R is a keyboard manufactured by Leopold who has a great reputation for pre-built keyboards in the keyboard hobby, it is a TKL Form Factor keyboard with N-key rollover, dip switches for customizing layout, sound absorbing pad, and 1.5mm thick PBT Doubleshot keycaps.
A keyboard I have enjoyed a lot. On day one when it arrived, red switches, I have used it for a day or two and the build quality was just insane for such a fair price, plastic quality was amazing with a perfect finish, the keycaps were thick and double shot, with a great texture (very similar to GMK keycaps) and the board by default, came with good stabilizers and foam inserts for acoustic properties.
After Mods, which took ages as my first experience to fully desolder a keyboard, lube brand new switches, and rebuild and solder with new mods and tuned stabilizers. It has become a masterpiece, potentially I love it too much due to how much work I have put into it, but aside from that, it is great. The sound signature is deep with the soft scratch of lubed Gateron yellows with milky top, and the tape mod only made it sound better and deeper.
Pros:
Very high-quality thick double shot keycaps with great texture
Well built with good plastic, with no creak from the twist test
Deep sound signature after mods (if that's considered as a pro)
Cons:
The spacebar upstroke is an issue I could not fix for my life, it sounds too aggressive and bounces at the top creating a DRR sound if that makes sense.
Not Programmable :(
